This is an example of a page on a free blog theme that no longer allows a personal header image to be uploaded. Maybe it’s because I already have other blogs with free header space (thank you WordPress). My site icon photo is going to spoil that lovely generic header and now I uploaded a test photo it won’t allow me to view my test. I can imagine. S’not wishing to be going to the country gonna eat a lot of peaches. S’wishing to be a container for my small but original off-the-cuff creations. Maybe I’ll move some earlier small things to this nice clean, tidy space.
This is not a site for rambling verbal diarrhoea. Shit on chiffon – what kind of blog challenge post-prompt is that! But I must post one challenge response on every blog I own or contribute by June 30th. Can’t remember the forfeit. Closed my cauliflower cloth-ears. So purely short form. hopefully.
Unlike posts, which are displayed on your (MY) blog’s front page in the disorder they’re published; pages are better suited for more timeless content that you want to be easily accessible, like your About or Contact information or whatever might you make of one next. Click the Edit link to make changes to this page or add another page. Not sure I need pages here but like the option and the facility is wonderful. Hope it’s not an upgrade pressure. [no, but other things might be, maybe…]
This was ‘in the beginning’… having paid for the personal plan, of course you can personalise the header! But after whinging about it here it took me a long time getting around to even trying!
