Photo taken by myself from my backyard toward sunrise in the East just after hearing 6am radio news that South Korea had fired a ballistic missile that passed over Japan and hit the Pacific. Later news broadcasts stated the missile(s) had been launched by North Korea.

Well I reckon I could Google it sometime …..my book on England or Britain is old.

And it doesn’t refer to the Midlands region? Mind you, I think I only became aware of it since actually living here. And I just checked a 1980s book of mine that also doesn’t mention the Midlands (but it is a world book not purely Britain and only a small page map, I’ll find my atlas out and have a look tomorrow 🙂
